About the role
- Be the functional lead for new 360Learning, Absorb, Docebo, or Schoox LMS system implementations and optimization initiatives.
- Gather client’s business and technical requirements, translate those requirements to LMS system configurations, lead configuration workshops and training sessions, support client User Acceptance Testing and system deployment.
- Review and update system configurations, analyze and implement updates related to new release management, consult on best practices, evaluate and optimize org structure and user account management, enhance reporting.
- Provide consulting services for the implementation and optimization of the clients’ Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide clients with business process consulting in the areas of Human Capital Management, including gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing requirements and current state to propose a future state by aligning client’s requirements to LMS system functionality and workflows.
- Provide clients with expert guidance on the features and usage of the products mentioned above.
- Act as the lead consultant on a project and be able to implement the product for the client while being the sole consultant on the team.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are clearly organized and consistently met.
- Execute system configurations and unit testing.
- Lead and conduct virtual or in-person workshops on configuration and other functional and technical topics for the LMS.
- Provide clients with product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
- Analyze client’s configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist the client with user acceptance testing and go-live support.
- Identify risks and work with the project team to define and execute mitigation measures.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients through email, virtual meetings, and project collaboration tools.
- Establish and communicate realistic timelines for tasks and deliverables, setting clear expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track and document project activities accurately, including time worked, status updates, and key milestones.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience administering, implementing, or supporting a Learning Management System in a corporate, government, or enterprise business environment.
- Direct experience with one or more of the following LMS platforms preferred: Docebo, 360Learning, Absorb, or Schoox.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with internal or external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver LMS-related solutions.
- Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-support role preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills, including the ability to present concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document requirements, meeting notes, and project updates effectively.
- Proficiency with standard business productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
