Serve as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART)
Facilitate ART events and processes and assist teams in delivering value
Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement
Provide leadership and coaching in the Scaled Agile Framework and Agile principles
Lead PI planning events and establish annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)
Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility
Facilitate periodic synchronization events including ART sync and System Demos
Drive Inspect and Adapt workshops and assess/aggress ART agility improvements
Track execution of features and capabilities and manage Program Kanban and other information radiators
Improve flow of value through value streams by improving DevOps and Release on Demand practices
Help manage risks and dependencies; escalate and track impediments
Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align strategy and execution
Provide day-to-day leadership and management of assigned team members, including coaching, performance management, and professional development
Foster Communities of Practice and Built-In Quality practices
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of related experience
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline
With eight years of general information technology experience and at least four years of specialized experience, a degree is not required
Demonstrated grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices, including the challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program
