Business Development Rep

• Own and drive pan-European new business acquisition, from lead generation to contract closing
• Proactively identify and develop high-value client leads and strategic partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate cross-country opportunities, RFQs, and international tenders
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies together with ESI Management and member agencies
• Act as the senior commercial interface between clients and ESI country teams
• Lead tender strategy, value proposition development, and commercial negotiations
• Oversee the preparation of compelling tender presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and pricing models
• Use Sales Management and CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and performance tracking
• Identify market trends, growth areas, and emerging client needs across Europe
• Represent ESI in international pitches, client meetings, and industry events
• Support the launch and development of pan-European client projects, ensuring commercial success
• Continuously optimize business development processes and improve conversion rates
