About the role

  • You lead complex Shopify client projects end-to-end — from kickoff to go-live
  • As Project Lead, you take responsibility for quality, scope, and outcomes
  • You structure projects clearly, set priorities, and ensure transparent decision-making paths
  • You identify risks early, resolve conflicting objectives, and guide projects safely through challenging decision phases
  • You facilitate decision meetings and stakeholder alignments to create clarity and commitment
  • In selected early or decision-critical project phases, you structure requirements and, together with UX & IT, prepare robust decision materials for our Shopify projects

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in project management of complex digital or tech projects (ideally in an agency or project-driven environment)
  • Solid experience with Shopify projects (e.g., app ecosystems, migrations, integrations, more complex setups)
  • Experience as a Project Lead with substantive project responsibility (not just operational coordination)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Structured, decisive working style
  • High level of personal responsibility and reliability
  • Very good German and English
