About the role
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio with a focus on upselling and account expansion
- Building meaningful and long-term relationships with your customer base
- Create strategic development plans with a long-term vision for your portfolio
- Active outreach to new sites, users, and key stakeholders within your existing accounts
- Partner with Consultants and Customer Success teams to expand use cases, drive satisfaction and product adoption
- Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely closure and revenue retention
- Support accurate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools)
- Proven track managing accounts and building long term relationships
- Excellent communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills
- Results-driven, integrity-led team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
