About the role
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process for all internal and external vacancies within a designated business unit(s)
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, the wider recruitment team and the business to build strong relationships and to deliver a seamless recruitment service
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process
- Compile regular Talent Acquisition status reports for the business
- Provide input as required to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Acquire and apply knowledge of ESB business and its HR processes, policies and procedures
- Engage in networking activities to develop and build strong business relations in the industry
- Keep updated with market trends affecting recruitment and current employment legislation and policies
Requirements
- An appropriate third level qualification in HR or equivalent work experience is essential
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Full life cycle recruitment experience is essential
- Knowledge of HR Practice, Policies and Procedures and Employment Legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and develop key relationships with managers and other stakeholders
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with experience of working to tight deadlines
- Knowledge and experience of using psychometric testing in recruitment (desirable)
- Expertise in utilising social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, for recruitment purposes (desirable)
- Experience in dealing with Work Permit processes and international recruitment (desirable)
- Membership of CIPD (desirable)
