About the role

  • Develop and implement the FM contract and vendor strategy
  • Lead commercial and contractual governance across the FM portfolio
  • Establish and embed best practice contract management frameworks
  • Act as the senior commercial lead and interface with strategic FM service providers
  • Drive cost savings, efficiencies, value for money, and continuous improvement across the FM supply chain
  • Establish, lead, and develop a high-performing contract management team as a center of excellence

Requirements

  • At least seven years’ experience managing large, complex service contracts within Facilities Management or a comparable asset-intensive setting
  • Demonstrable record of achieving cost optimisation, efficiencies, and enhanced service performance
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in demanding, multi-stakeholder environments
  • A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent professional experience is essential
  • Proficient in IT systems
  • Candidates must possess a full, valid driving licence.
