About the role

  • Strong leader who will be able to work with senior stakeholders and with the project teams to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Delivery monitoring and compliance framework for the PR6 Transmission Programme.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to define requirements, design solutions and drive adoption.
  • Work with the Transmission Programme Manager at a strategic level to understand and develop the portfolio and programme requirements.
  • Liaise with the Transmission Programme Function to monitor and report on Capex and Opex delivery performance against the PR6 Contract.

Requirements

  • A primary degree in engineering or equivalent work experience is essential.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with min. 4 years’ relevant experience in programme assurance, project controls, or performance management within a complex Transmission infrastructure environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing assurance frameworks and reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, progress new initiatives and influence delivery outcomes.
  • Full clean EU driving licence. Travel is required.
