About the role
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve or exceed quota.
- Build relationships with orthopedic groups, rheumatologists, podiatrists, and healthcare administrators.
- Prospect for new opportunities and maintain a robust sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage cross-division opportunities and share insights.
- Attend tradeshows and events to generate leads and support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of capital equipment sales experience, preferably in radiology or imaging.
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas over 3+ years.
- Strong technical knowledge of MRI systems and clinical workflows.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced training in imaging or sales is a plus.
