About the role
- Perform soldering, PCB rework, and hardware assembly to support prototype builds and NPI activities.
- Program devices according to provided operation guides and instructions.
- Support RF and hardware validation by conducting testing and data collection using multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, OTA chambers, and other lab instruments.
- Assist EE engineers with hardware bring-up, debugging, and reliability testing during development and validation phases.
- Create mechanical prototype parts using 3D printing for structural evaluation and design validation.
- Operate X-ray inspection equipment to examine PCB assemblies and product boards for solder quality and assembly defects.
- Prepare materials and manage parts inventory for prototyping and engineering builds.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support prototype manufacturing, assembly, and engineering build schedules.
Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1 + years of experience strong soldering and PCB rework skills.
- 1 + years Hands-on experience with basic electronic test equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply).
- 1 + years of experience in lab work, prototype handling, and test execution.
