About the role
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of talent solutions for global Resideo Employees.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing system solutions that span Talent Management and Talent Development.
- Implement and support complex LMS environments, design with talent management solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of combined experience in Instructional Design, Learning and Development or Talent Development including expertise in Articulate and SharePoint
- 5 years in leadership position.
- Deep understanding of adult learning, Program and Project Management, and understanding of talent ecosystems.
