Growth Marketing

• Acquire and secure management contracts in the WEG (condominium owners' association) sector and with institutional clients
• Coordinate and develop new strategic growth initiatives
• Work closely with and align operational companies to implement growth measures
• Coordinate, manage and further develop strategic growth initiatives in property management
• Lead the strategic development of Value Added Services (VAS)
• Ensure implementation of VAS initiatives within the operating companies and their commercial value
• Independently lead projects in the VAS area
• Independently develop and manage business areas outside of technical services and property management
• Establish, manage and maintain interfaces with internal departments and external partners

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung und Verwaltung von Rechnungen für einen reibungslosen Zahlungsverkehr
• Aktive Überwachung offener Posten und Durchführung des Mahnwesens, um zeitnahe Zahlungen sicherzustellen
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Buchhaltungsunterlagen
• Mitarbeit im Controlling, inklusive Erstellung von Reports und Analysen als Basis für wichtige finanzielle Entscheidungen
