About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the controlling and reporting function
Prepare monthly financial and KPI reports
Report directly to the Group CFO
Financial consolidation and reporting to investors
Prepare business cases and analyses
Design and implement projects to achieve audit readiness
Work closely with financial accounting
Financial integration of investments/participations

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in auditing, controlling or finance, preferably in start-ups, scale-ups or mid-sized companies (SMEs)
Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
Structured and independent working style with high motivation and a hands-on mentality
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
