About the role
- Practical implementation of theoretical regulatory guidelines and rules within the COO area
- Coordinate local implementation of COO-relevant frameworks with stakeholders
- Orchestrate the proper rollout of various policies in the COO area
- Serve as local Governance Officer for ICT Third Party Risk Management
- Support other Austrian entities of Erste Group in your role as a COO governance expert
Requirements
- Legal background with regulatory experience preferred
- More than 3 years of experience in a governance-related role at a medium or large company
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); additional IT skills (e.g., Power BI) are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good German and good English, written and spoken
