About the role

  • First point of contact within the property valuers team and the collateral management team, responsible for central communication and administrative processes
  • Administrative and organizational processing of property valuations
  • Handling enquiries, order management, document management and appointment coordination
  • Documenting operational processes and supporting audits and training activities
  • Acting as an interface in internal and external matters
  • Preparing and producing assigned reports within collateral management
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of SRM internal processes
  • Identifying and highlighting opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business vocational training at Matura (secondary school) level
  • Several years of banking experience (branch sales experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent German and English skills and solid MS Office proficiency
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Independent, accurate and structured working style
  • Sense of responsibility, discretion and reliability
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player, communicative and solution-oriented
  • Interest in cross-organizational collaboration
