About the role
- End-to-end campaign management: From concept to analysis — planning, execution and optimization of omnichannel campaigns (email, social, paid media, events, George, print)
- Automating customer journeys: Developing multi-step, event-based journeys for defined audiences
- Digitizing content & processes: Designing digital assets, integrating campaign and booking systems, leveraging AI tools
- Data-driven marketing: KPI monitoring, performance optimization and development of innovative new-customer acquisition strategies
- Partnerships & partner management: Establishing and managing strategic partnerships, implementing below-the-line activities
- Budget management: Planning and controlling the budget
- Research & insights: Market analysis, customer insights and deriving growth strategies
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications, digital business or equivalent, or relevant professional experience in digital campaign management or CRM marketing
- One to two years' experience in end-to-end campaign management
- Basic understanding of segmentation and audience targeting logic
- Knowledge of email marketing, social ads, app/web push, landing pages
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into concrete actions
- Creative approach to developing new ideas
- Strong communication skills when collaborating with product teams, sales and agencies
- Enjoy experimenting, testing and optimizing
