About the role

  • Create and design graphics (infographics, icons) in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
  • Design and quality-check e-learning content in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
  • Prepare presentations and scripts using PowerPoint and Word
  • Maintain and build websites using site builder systems (SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Make HTML and CSS adjustments to the internal learning platform (EMMA Learning)
  • Generate AI images for design projects

Requirements

  • Experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and with HTML & CSS
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Figma, Articulate Rise & Storyline
  • Experience working with AI (prompting for image/video generation)
  • Creativity, an innovative mindset, and strong quality awareness
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
