Operations

• Priorisieren und Beantworten von Support-E-Mails; Erstellung professioneller, empathischer und lösungsorientierter Antworten (Testaufgabe enthält 10 Beispiel-Mails)
• Erstellen und Pflegen von Systemen/Ablaufplänen für monatliche Reviews (Deadlines, Reminders, Dokumentation)
• Support & Kundenservice über Helpcrunch, E-Mail und Skool; Anfragen beantworten und weiterleiten
• Technische Probleme lösen; Rückgaben, Rechnungsanfragen & Mahnungen bearbeiten
• Verträge, Zahlungspläne & Zugänge verwalten
• Tägliche operative Aufgaben abarbeiten, sortieren und zuweisen
• Berichte & Transkripte für interne Nutzung erstellen
• Team-Merch & Geschenke organisieren; TrustPilot- und Community-Zugänge supporten
• Monatliche Provisionslisten, Gehaltszahlungen & Budgetaufstellungen vorbereiten
• Vorbereitende Buchhaltung, Event-Support und Prozesse mitdenken bzw. strukturieren
