- Ensure a clean and complete handover to closers
- Keep your own KPIs in view: show rate, appointments and cash collected
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in initial customer contact by phone or through digital channels
- Strong communication: you know how to engage people, build trust and create commitment
- Structured, self-directed way of working
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Background in coaching, fitness, finance or online business is a plus
- Comfortable with numbers and performance-driven
