About the role
- Responsible for ensuring successful implementation and support (post go-live) for HCM and additional modules under HCM
- Work independently with limited direction as a consultant on multiple client engagements
- Understand client business requirements, provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototype
- Support clients during Annual Events as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for clear communication and project alignment
- Maintain timely project forecasts
- Partner with sales and serve as a Subject Matter Expert
- Advise on Workday best practices and build strong client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant at a Workday partner firm is required
- Experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations for the HCM workstream
- Workday HCM Certification with implementer access and at least 2 of these: Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, People Experience, Reporting
- Strong organizational skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and building custom reports
- Workday Launch certification is preferred.
