Account Executive

• Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of products and solutions.
• Review and analyze customer requirements to determine which product will be the best fit.
• Create customer proposals in compliance with company standards and contract language.
• Prepare configurations, equipment lists, clarifications and exceptions in response to customer requests for use by other departments.
• Act as the customer contact regarding quotations, technical information, pricing, scheduling and shipping.
• Coordinate expediting activities with other departments to assure accuracy in pricing, delivery and invoicing.
• Enter orders into the system for customers.
• Make pricing decisions based on previous standards regularly.
• Interact effectively with all levels of employees within the company, as well as suppliers, customers and peers.
• Comply with policies, procedures, standards and rules of the company.
• Follow quality assurance policies and other work instructions.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks assigned by the General Manager or Sales Manager.
