Customer Support

• Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of products and solutions
• Review and analyze customer requirements to determine the best-fit product
• Create customer proposals compliant with company standards and contract language
• Prepare configurations, equipment lists, clarifications and exceptions for other departments
• Serve as customer contact for quotations, technical information, pricing, scheduling and shipping
• Coordinate expediting activities with other departments to ensure accuracy in pricing, delivery and invoicing
• Enter customer orders into the system
• Make pricing decisions based on previous standards
• Interact with employees, suppliers, customers and peers
• Comply with company policies, procedures, standards and rules
• Follow quality assurance policies and work instructions
• Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by the General Manager or Sales Manager
