About the role
- You support our customers in inside sales – by phone, digitally and in person
- You process inquiries, prepare quotations and handle order processing
- You advise on spare parts, accessories and technical solutions
- You work closely with field sales, warehouse and workshop teams
- You maintain customer data and actively contribute to growing our customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training – ideally in the automotive sector or wholesale
- Experience in sales of parts/accessories is an advantage
- Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for mobility
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a service-oriented approach
- Independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
