About the role

  • You will support our customers in inside sales — by phone, digitally and in person
  • You will process inquiries, prepare quotes and take care of order processing
  • You will advise on spare parts, accessories and technical solutions
  • You will work closely with field sales, warehouse and workshop teams
  • You will maintain customer data and actively contribute to expanding our customer relationships

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training — ideally in the automotive sector or wholesale
  • Experience in selling parts/accessories is an advantage
  • Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for mobility
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and service orientation
  • Independent working style — and enjoyment of teamwork
