About the role
- You will support our customers in inside sales — by phone, digitally and in person
- You will process inquiries, prepare quotes and take care of order processing
- You will advise on spare parts, accessories and technical solutions
- You will work closely with field sales, warehouse and workshop teams
- You will maintain customer data and actively contribute to expanding our customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed commercial training — ideally in the automotive sector or wholesale
- Experience in selling parts/accessories is an advantage
- Basic technical understanding and enthusiasm for mobility
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and service orientation
- Independent working style — and enjoyment of teamwork
