About the role

  • Be responsible for delivering projects that drive maximum impact for our global clients, with the support of a Project Lead and Project Manager
  • Develop strong client relationships and a nuanced understanding of their priorities to be able to support their growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ERM to deliver integrated sustainability solutions
  • Contribute to business development activities such as proposal writing, client discussions and pitches
  • Support the development of new and existing services in line with market needs – from contributing to thought leadership to building new capabilities
  • Meaningfully contribute towards a learning environment that supports your development and the development of the team

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in consulting (in the fields of sustainability, supply chain or procurement)
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong commitment to delivering high quality work that exceeds clients’ expectations
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including developing well-structured presentations and managing or analysing complex datasets
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, with both internal teams and client facing – including an ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplines
  • A creative approach to problem solving – with the ability to work through uncertainty to arrive at the best solutions for clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the relevant regulatory landscape is preferable but not essential (e.g., EUDR, CSDDD, CSRD etc.)
  • Demonstrable client business development skills are preferable but not essential
  • Experience in baselining scope 3 emissions and/or supply chain/financial modelling and/or scenario modelling is preferable but not essential
