About the role
- Be responsible for delivering projects that drive maximum impact for our global clients, with the support of a Project Lead and Project Manager
- Develop strong client relationships and a nuanced understanding of their priorities to be able to support their growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ERM to deliver integrated sustainability solutions
- Contribute to business development activities such as proposal writing, client discussions and pitches
- Support the development of new and existing services in line with market needs – from contributing to thought leadership to building new capabilities
- Meaningfully contribute towards a learning environment that supports your development and the development of the team
Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- 2-5 years of professional experience in consulting (in the fields of sustainability, supply chain or procurement)
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong commitment to delivering high quality work that exceeds clients’ expectations
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including developing well-structured presentations and managing or analysing complex datasets
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent inter-personal skills, with both internal teams and client facing – including an ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplines
- A creative approach to problem solving – with the ability to work through uncertainty to arrive at the best solutions for clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the relevant regulatory landscape is preferable but not essential (e.g., EUDR, CSDDD, CSRD etc.)
- Demonstrable client business development skills are preferable but not essential
- Experience in baselining scope 3 emissions and/or supply chain/financial modelling and/or scenario modelling is preferable but not essential
