Requirements
- A recognized degree in social science or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of demonstrable experience, ideally within the consulting sector.
- Proven experience contributing to socio‑economic and land‑use baselines, social impact assessments, human rights impact assessments, social performance and engagement management plans.
- Strong project management capabilities, including work planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
- Understanding of sustainable financial organizations regarding their risk review and evaluation of projects, including experience with the Equator Principles and International Finance Corporate Performance Standards.
- Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience translating technical content into visually appealing and plain‑language formats.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and diverse stakeholders.
