Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Sciences, Biology, or related field
4+ years of GIS experience in environmental consulting
Advanced proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise
Expertise in ArcPython, ArcGIS API for Python, and related libraries
Proven ability to design workflows, automate processes, and establish SOPs
Experience developing field survey tools (Survey123, Field Maps)
Strong geodatabase design, spatial analysis, and data visualization skills
Leadership experience with technical teams and client-facing projects
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
