About the role
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality GIS and data solutions
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain large-scale, multiyear GIS projects
- Support field data collection using tools like Survey123 and Field Maps
- Organize and manage project data, analysis, and mapping following best practices
- Design and produce maps in ArcGIS for technical reports and presentations
- Develop and manage ArcGIS Online environments
- Drive innovation in GIS workflows, tools, and service offerings
- Ensure technical quality and apply structured thinking to deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Sciences, Biology, or related field
- 1–2 years of GIS experience in environmental consulting
- Proficiency with Esri’s ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Strong geoprocessing skills (joins, merges, topology, dissolves)
- Experience with ArcPython and ModelBuilder
- Solid understanding of geodatabase design, spatial analysis, and data visualization
- Ability to thrive in team environments and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
