About the role

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality GIS and data solutions
  • Plan, design, implement, and maintain large-scale, multiyear GIS projects
  • Support field data collection using tools like Survey123 and Field Maps
  • Organize and manage project data, analysis, and mapping following best practices
  • Design and produce maps in ArcGIS for technical reports and presentations
  • Develop and manage ArcGIS Online environments
  • Drive innovation in GIS workflows, tools, and service offerings
  • Ensure technical quality and apply structured thinking to deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Sciences, Biology, or related field
  • 1–2 years of GIS experience in environmental consulting
  • Proficiency with Esri’s ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Strong geoprocessing skills (joins, merges, topology, dissolves)
  • Experience with ArcPython and ModelBuilder
  • Solid understanding of geodatabase design, spatial analysis, and data visualization
  • Ability to thrive in team environments and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
