About the role
- Lead archaeological field programs under Heritage Inspection, Heritage Investigation, and Site Alteration Permits.
- Oversee research, artifact analysis, and reporting for cultural heritage assessments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and regulatory agencies, representing ERM with professionalism and expertise.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand ERM’s archaeology and cultural heritage services across Western Canada.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in archaeology and cultural heritage
- Current permit holder in British Columbia
- Proven ability to lead field programs and complete research projects
- Strong communication, writing, and computer skills
- Driver's License Required
- Travel will be required
