About the role
- Strategic growth: You expand our market presence in your region, develop new revenue opportunities, and contribute significantly to regional growth
- Sales cycle: You guide B2B customers through the entire sales process — from first contact and needs analysis to successful closing and building long-term partnerships
- New business & account management: You acquire new B2B customers through outbound prospecting and strategically grow existing accounts — from small businesses to large corporate clients
- Lead handling: You process regional inbound leads in a structured way and convert them into successful projects through informed consulting
- Project business: You manage complex customer projects, design appropriate solution concepts, and coordinate implementation together with internal teams
- Sales processes: You document your activities in the CRM, analyze market and competitor developments, and derive targeted measures to further develop our sales methods
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in a consultative environment or with complex/technical products.
- More important than your background are your drive and passion: you excite customers, identify opportunities, and proactively create new business.
- You're a natural salesperson: you impress with strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a confident presence — also with decision-makers.
- Familiarity with office supplies or ergonomics is a plus.
- You have initial experience working with a CRM in a structured way, using it strategically for customer development and taking initiative to own sustainable success with the aim of always delivering the best possible result.
- You work independently and target-oriented, have a strong hands-on mentality, and ideally have first experience with sales frameworks such as SPICED, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
- You hold a valid driver's license and are willing to travel regularly to regional customer appointments.
- You have business-fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
