About the role
- Sales cycle: You will support customers through the entire sales process — from first contact and product pitch to proposal preparation, closing, and long-term account management.
- Inbound sales: You handle incoming customer inquiries in a structured way and turn them into successful projects through informed, consultative advice.
- Outbound leads: You independently generate new leads, develop targeted outbound strategies, and continuously expand your customer base.
- Pipeline building: You develop a reliable sales pipeline and improve your close rate through consistent follow-up and targeted learnings.
- Customer retention: You build sustainable relationships and position yourself as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Process optimization: You identify opportunities for improvement and contribute your own ideas to further develop our sales processes.
Requirements
- You are recently graduated from university, completed vocational training, or are a career changer eager to start a career in sales.
- Your field of study is not decisive — what matters is your motivation and passion for sales!
- You already have some experience in telephone-based B2B sales or in active new business acquisition.
- Ideally, you have initial exposure to CRM systems, adapt quickly to new tools, and learn product knowledge in a structured and efficient way.
- You excel in customer interactions through clear communication, active listening, and a confident presence — including on the phone.
- You work in a self-organized manner, remain focused when handling multiple inquiries, and keep an overview of your sales pipeline.
- You have very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills.
