About the role

  • Sales cycle: You accompany customers through the entire sales process — from initial contact and product pitch through proposal preparation to closing and long-term account management.
  • Inbound sales: You handle incoming customer inquiries in a structured way and turn them into successful projects through sound, consultative advice.
  • Outbound leads: You independently generate new leads, develop targeted outbound strategies and continuously expand your customer base.
  • Pipeline building: You develop a stable order pipeline and increase your close rate through consistent follow-up and targeted learnings.
  • Customer retention: You build sustainable relationships and position yourself as a reliable point of contact across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Process optimization: You identify opportunities for improvement and contribute your own ideas to develop our sales processes further.

Requirements

  • You are recently graduated, completed vocational training, or are a career changer eager to start in sales.
  • Your field of study or background is not decisive — what matters is your motivation and passion for sales.
  • You already have some experience in telephone B2B sales or in active new-customer acquisition.
  • Ideally you have first exposure to CRM systems, adapt quickly to new tools and acquire product knowledge in a structured and timely manner.
  • You excel in customer interactions through clear communication, active listening and a confident manner — also on the phone.
  • You work in a self-organized way, stay focused when managing multiple inquiries and maintain an overview of your sales pipeline.
  • You have very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills.
