About the role

  • Support our customers in various R&D Business Functions such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management and Clinical in the context of digital transformation.
  • Advise our customers in the definition of the digital transformation strategy and manage implementation projects and industry-specific system implementations.
  • Act at the interface between business and IT.
  • Actively contribute to the development of our customer portfolio in the Pharma & MedTech industries.
  • Support the design of the industry-specific service portfolio according to the requirements and current trends around the topic of digital transformation in these industries.

Requirements

  • Passion for digitalization issues and information technology.
  • University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD).
  • At least 8-years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical and / or MedTech industry in business-related IT-topics and industry-specific knowledge in common business processes such as Clinical Trial Systems, Laboratory Information Management System, Regulatory Information Management System or Quality Management Systems.
  • Solid customer network and proven experience in business development and customer account development.
  • Interested in developing customer specific solutions and concepts and the will to actively contribute to the development of the Pharma and MedTech industry business within our company.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and agile tools, ideally Project Management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFe) and IT management certificates (e.g. ITIL, Cobit).
  • Willingness to take responsibility as well as exceed client expectations.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Business Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage (e.g., German).
