About the role

  • Leading digital and operational programs across logistics, transportation, and supply chain environments

Requirements

  • A strong passion for digitalization, logistics innovation, and supply chain transformation
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or in relevant industry roles, ideally within logistics, transportation, or supply chain
  • Proven sales and project management experience
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps
  • An excellent academic background (Master’s, MBA, or PhD)
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Solid knowledge of consulting methods and tools and strong project management skills; certifications are a plus
  • A strong understanding of commercial and operational processes within supply chain management across industries
  • Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and drive initiatives forward
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
