- Managing and resolving complex employee relations matters.

- Developing training materials and delivering training to strengthen organizational compliance and manager capability.
- Overseeing investigation case management from intake to case closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years combined experience in Employee Relations, EEO/Compliance, and Workplace investigations.
- Expertise conducting impartial investigations and preparing defensible written findings.
- Proficiency with case management tools and project management practices.
