About the role

  • Identify targets in global mobility, HR, tax and people ops.
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and phone to create demand and book meetings.
  • Attend industry events, speak confidently with prospects, and build follow-up pipelines.
  • Test messaging, refine sequences, and create personalised outreach that cuts through.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound interest to understand business needs, timelines, and fit.
  • Run short intro calls and hand high-quality opportunities to the founders/sales team.
  • Maintain structured notes in Salesforce for reliable follow-up.
  • Hit weekly goals for outreach volume, conversations, and meetings booked.
  • Support marketing campaigns and help build retargeting lists.
  • Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date.
  • Become an expert in global mobility pain points and Workia’s value.
  • Understand how companies currently manage relocations and why Workia is easier and faster.
  • Share insights with the team to help improve messaging and product direction.

Requirements

  • Confident communicator/comfortable talking to prospects at events and on the phone.
  • Strong written skills for LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Highly organised and persistent; comfortable managing multiple sequences.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • A self-starter mindset: you like taking initiative and trying new approaches.
  • Previous SDR experience.
  • **Nice to have:** experience in HR tech, mobility, tax.
