About the role
- Identify targets in global mobility, HR, tax and people ops.
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and phone to create demand and book meetings.
- Attend industry events, speak confidently with prospects, and build follow-up pipelines.
- Test messaging, refine sequences, and create personalised outreach that cuts through.
- Qualify inbound and outbound interest to understand business needs, timelines, and fit.
- Run short intro calls and hand high-quality opportunities to the founders/sales team.
- Maintain structured notes in Salesforce for reliable follow-up.
- Hit weekly goals for outreach volume, conversations, and meetings booked.
- Support marketing campaigns and help build retargeting lists.
- Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date.
- Become an expert in global mobility pain points and Workia’s value.
- Understand how companies currently manage relocations and why Workia is easier and faster.
- Share insights with the team to help improve messaging and product direction.
Requirements
- Confident communicator/comfortable talking to prospects at events and on the phone.
- Strong written skills for LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Highly organised and persistent; comfortable managing multiple sequences.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- A self-starter mindset: you like taking initiative and trying new approaches.
- Previous SDR experience.
- **Nice to have:** experience in HR tech, mobility, tax.
