About the role

  • Collaborate with vendors, internal departments, and the Equitable field force to ensure effective platform management and operational efficiency.
  • Create, update, and manage project timelines for contract renewals, tool enhancements, and communication plans, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with vendors and Equitable IT teams to ensure data feeds (e.g., DST and DTCC feeds) are updated and troubleshoot issues to provide seamless service to Financial Professionals.
  • Manage subscriptions, user access, and invoice processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in a vendor relationship role (ie: eMoney, Morningstar, and Broadridge.)
  • Proven knowledge of life, annuity, and investment advisory products.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with DST and DTCC feeds is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic analysis skills, with the ability to quickly gather and interpret data.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Results-oriented with a solution-focused and analytical mindset.
  • Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.
