About the role
- Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records.
- Function as an information resource and quality control.
- Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs.
- Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates.
- Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and providing feedback.
- Strong work ethics, reliable and innovative.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Great organizational skills.
- Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed.
- Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferred.
