About the role
- Provide technical support and training to internal and external clients of the organization for low- and medium-complexity activities, ensuring the correct installation and operation of the systems developed by the company.
- Accurately perform the study, analysis, classification, maintenance and guidance of solutions addressed through support tickets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
- Prior experience working with municipal governments (prefectures) will be considered a differential.
- Experience in customer service.
