Product Manager

• Be a thought partner with our clinical, operations, and product development departments to identify data initiatives that support both departmental and organizational goals.
• Advocate for the needs of your stakeholders when working with our analysts, data engineering and application development teams, third parties, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop a strategy and roadmap for improving the user experience of our analytics users and other data consumers.
• Work closely with your Data Analyst, Engineering, and Data Scientist counterparts to come up with innovative ways to execute on the data roadmap, ensuring tight timelines and successful launches.
• Utilize testing, user research, and market analysis to iterate on features, derive insights, and enhance customer/user satisfaction.
• Design and prepare product requirement documents, including articulating the business case, value proposition, trade-offs, and user stories.
• Drive features from development to launch in an agile scrum environment by coordinating and participating in development activities including daily standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other scrum ceremonies.
• Monitor usage and satisfaction of our data products to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Work towards improving the data literacy in the organization and enabling meaningful self-service analytics.
• Demonstrate empathy and curiosity when approaching all complex issues (be they technical, societal, or personal) and share a genuine interest in solving problems for our users.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a growing, early-stage work environment.

Product Manager II – Reporting & Analytics

Operations

• Support the development of Care Operations strategies and planning efforts by informing goals, success metrics, and tracking frameworks.
• Identify, develop and execute initiatives that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and the patient and provider experience across Care Operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, determine root causes, and generate actionable recommendations for improvement. Drive data insights to action plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and implement scalable processes and operational solutions.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Apply continuous improvement and change management principles to support pilots, assess their impact, and inform decisions on scaling.
• Identify and document best practices that enhance operational consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Contribute to building systems and mechanisms that support the ongoing improvement of Care Operations performance.

Strategic Operations Director

Attorney

• Manage the execution of Legal Department processes and standard operating procedures.
• Develop, implement, and manage key operational metrics and dashboards in collaboration with the Chief Legal Officer to measure team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide some paralegal responsibilities, including contract intake and tracking, and management of regulatory and corporate filings.
• Drive process improvement initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring adoption and scalability.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and integration of core Legal technology platforms, tools, and systems.
• Own Legal Department knowledge management initiatives, including the development of departmental playbooks, driving tech-enabled organization of critical legal records, and developing and providing related training.
• Manage relationships with vendors and outside counsel, including onboarding, performance tracking, and budget adherence.
• Partner with Compliance to develop and implement Legal and Compliance policies and procedures for the Company.
• Prepare engaging and impactful reports and presentations using Google Slides.

Legal Operations Manager

Program Manager

• Own the enterprise leadership development strategy across leadership levels, ensuring alignment with business priorities, culture, and leadership expectations.
• Lead end-to-end learning and development program delivery, including needs assessment, curriculum design and development, facilitation strategy, logistics, and evaluation.
• Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, engaging, and grounded in adult learning principles, resulting in a consistent, high-quality participant experience across cohorts and programs.
• Directly lead facilitation of programming as appropriate, particularly for senior-level audiences, and train People Success Partners to effectively facilitate programming.
• Partner with executive leadership, the People Success team, and business stakeholders to identify leadership capability gaps, prioritize development investments, and ensure programs are relevant, credible, and well-integrated into the broader People strategy.
• Define success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data and identify opportunities to continuously improve programming.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors, facilitators and assessment tools as needed.

Product Marketing Director

Director

• Identify and establish research priorities to enhance Equip’s visibility and thought leadership in the industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align research priorities with broader organizational goals and strategy.
• Develop and manage a research roadmap aligned with organizational goals and external market needs.
• Oversee the full research lifecycle, from concept development and study design through analysis and publication.
• Collaborate with Clinical Outcomes & Clinical Quality teams to ensure that research efforts directly enhance outcomes measurement and overall patient outcomes.
• Partner with Commercial teams to ensure Equip’s research supports and furthers payor contracting and patient referral efforts.
• Elevate Equip’s scientific brand by contributing to thought leadership, evidence generation, and presence in the academic and clinical communities.
• Foster and maintain effective collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships with research universities.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, peer-reviewed literature, and competitive research.

Research Director

Sales

• Support weekly team data needs including maintaining data across CRMs, scrubbing and uploading new leads, and assisting with other data related tasks.
• Assist in executing direct mail campaigns and pulling recipient lists for outreach, drafting reports in Salesforce and other CRMs.
• Support the Patient Acquisition team by monitoring meeting and referral data and measuring outreach performance.
• Collaborate with other members of the Patient Acquisition team to audit data at the end of each quarter and assist with quarterly performance reporting.
