About the role
- Works with sales and partner stakeholders to understand field development requirements.
- Conducts in-depth discovery to understand field competencies, productivity, and related gaps.
- Develops enablement recommendations in the form of an integrated enablement plan.
- Validates the plan with SMEs, socializes the plan with key stakeholders, aligns global requirements, and secures executive sponsorship.
- Manages program or tool design and execution, develops content, conducts sales/partner focus groups to validate content, drives field adoption, and tracks and measures success.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required
