About the role
- Lead global LOA administration and the accommodations program
- Manage long-term leave cases and sickness absence monitoring
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all LOA processes
- Drive continuous improvement and digital enablement
- Oversee long-term sickness management and monitoring
- Manage relationships with LOA vendors and third-party administrators
- Ensure adherence to statutory leave regulations and internal controls
- Leverage analytics for dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital enablement
- Act as a knowledge expert in Leave of Absence management
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven years in leave of absence operations or HR shared services
- Background in managing multi-region LOA processes and vendor coordination
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and audit readiness
- Good data and reporting skills; experience with dashboards and performance monitoring
- Experience with automation and AI‑enabled HR tools
- Familiarity with Workday and LOA vendor platforms desirable
