- Own global benefits service delivery and ongoing administration
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and high levels of employee satisfaction
- Drive automation and digital enablement across global benefits operations
- Manage relationships with benefits providers and third-party administrators
- Support audits and prepare required reports
- Accountable for operational KPIs including SLA adherence and employee satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven years in benefits operations or HR shared services
- Proven global benefits administration and vendor management experience
- Strong compliance and audit background
- Advanced data and analytics skills; experience with dashboards and performance reporting
- Experience implementing automation solutions and familiarity with AI-driven tools for process optimisation
- Familiarity with Workday and third-party benefits platforms (Darwin, Benefex) desirable
