- Design, lead, and sustain the enterprise improvement system
- Ensure improvement efforts are outcome-oriented and embedded in leadership behaviors
- Provide senior-level guidance on improvement work initiation, leadership, and sustainment
- Coach enterprise leaders on leading effective efforts and translating strategic priorities into actionable change
- Lead targeted, high-impact improvement efforts, partnering closely with HR on cultural foundations
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience leading enterprise-level improvement
- Strong executive presence and credibility with senior leaders
- Exceptional coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills
- Deep understanding of organizational behavior and leadership dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
