About the role
- Own the program to onboard 20+ product/services: Plan and sequence engagements that start with discovery/architecture and culminate in hardening, documentation, and handover
- Drive Solution adoption & migration: Translate CPS goals into executable roadmaps, acceptance criteria, and measurable milestones per host service
- Lead the teams operating model: Run intake, prioritization, dependency funding, and delivery with minimizing reliance on host teams while maintaining alignment with IAM and platform roadmaps
- Productize integration: Define, deliver, and evolve reusable integration templates, SDK-aligned patterns, automation scripts, and onboarding playbooks that reduce cycle time and error rates
- Tackle migration blockers: Coordinate with dependent services to pragmatically deliver while executing proactive risk/portfolio management
- Improve API Gateway controls & governance: Partner with CPS platform teams to strengthen controls and remove adoption barriers; contribute to SDKs and best practices
- Champion automation & CI/CD: Achieve ≥ 70% automation of onboarding steps; design dashboards to monitor progress, stability, and support-ticket trends
- Orchestrate handovers: Deliver clear runbooks, support models, and ownership transitions to host teams; measure adoption and readiness post-handover
- Stakeholder leadership: Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to product leadership and partner teams
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in Product Management with proven delivery in platform/identity/security domains (IAM, authN/authZ, zero trust, developer platforms, gateways)
- Track record operating on cross-functional initiatives that modify host codebases and CI/CD workflows
- Strong fluency in identity standards and patterns: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, mTLS, token exchange, ABAC, RBAC, federation for non-human identities
- Experience with API gateways (e.g., patterns with Apigee/Envoy), service mesh, and sidecar-based architectures
- Demonstrated ability to productize integrations: templates, SDKs, reference implementations, automation scripts, and playbooks
- Excellent stakeholder management - comfortable aligning product teams with competing priorities and negotiating scope/sequence
- Data-driven decision making; able to define KPIs, build dashboards, and run continuous improvement cycles
- Strong technical acumen (able to review PRDs, read code at a high level, and collaborate closely with senior engineers)
