About the role
- Partner with the Heads of Engineering and Technology to develop and refine the digital strategy
- Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and quarterly plans
- Monitor progress against key initiatives and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Lead quarterly planning cycles and facilitate strategy review sessions
- Own the digital portfolio, tracking investments, priorities, and resource allocation
- Design and continuously improve operating rhythms, including team meetings, status updates, and decision-making forums
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that scale
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into team performance
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve bottlenecks
- Establish governance frameworks for digital initiatives
- Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the Heads of Engineering and Technology
- Provide executive coaching support, including preparation for high-stakes presentations and stakeholder engagements
- Facilitate reflection and learning, helping to identify blind spots and growth opportunities
- Support leadership development through feedback, frameworks, and strategic perspective
- Act as sounding board for complex decisions and organizational challenges
- Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and leadership presentations
- Represent in meetings and forums as needed
- Manage internal communications to ensure team alignment and transparency
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to drive results without direct authority
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort in both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Experience with technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Technical fluency with ability to engage credibly with engineering and product teams.
- Prior experience as Chief of Staff, strategic advisor, or executive business partner
- MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
