About the role
- Lead activation of belonging for all employees through a consultative approach
- Collaborate across Community & Belonging (C&B) and TPT for inclusive workplace culture
- Embed inclusive principles into policies across Equinix, driving systemic change
- Execute Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Accessibility (DIBA) strategy
- Partner with FPT leads to integrate C&B principles into talent strategies
- Champion initiatives for psychological safety and inclusive behaviors
- Ensure workplace policies and experiences are inclusive and accessible
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decision-making
- Track and report KPIs for engagement and belonging
- Build relationships with global, regional, and local leaders
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong emphasis on belonging, inclusion, employee engagement, strategic planning, belonging, and program delivery
- Demonstrated experience with interacting and engagement of Employee Resource Groups or similar networks
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and communications strategy
