About the role
- Responsible for the successful completion of Network Fulfilment, Release Management, Process Improvement and driving Continual Service Improvement.
- Establishing technical process improvements and assisting in the Service Strategy, Design and Transition lifecycle stages.
- Responsible for integration with all business systems and applications.
- Responsible for Network Fulfilment and technical process improvement ensuring the customer is at the forefront of everything we do.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in a Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
- 2-4 years related work experience.
