About the role
- Build customer relationships across varying Lines of Business (LOBs)
- Maintain existing relationships within a set portfolio of network accounts
- Mine dormant or regional prospect accounts to create awareness of Equinix value
- Lead sales engagement and solutioning with the extended sales team
- Drive strategic alignment with global peers and account support team members
- Design and execute account strategy within Equinix
Requirements
- Extensive sales experience selling into accounts
- Ability to create new opportunities
- Proven track record in alignment with changing market landscape
- Ability to engage with customers and colleagues
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer business needs, and technical requirements
- Experience navigating complex organizations
- Strong storytelling ability for relationship building
