About the role

  • Design the end-to-end customer migration lifecycle, from initial notification and technical validation to cutover and post-migration support.
  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" within the engineering and networking organizations to ensure technical decisions prioritize service continuity and ease of transition.
  • Identify potential "high-touch" customers and complex topologies, developing bespoke migration paths to prevent churn.
  • Lead a cross-functional squad including Network Engineering, Product Management, Customer Engineering, Sales, and Operations without direct reporting lines.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Program Management experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale customer migrations at a major Cloud Service Provider (CSP), Hyper-scaler, or Tier-1 Telco.
  • Deep understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, including BGP, VLANs, VXLAN, MPLS, and Virtual Circuits.
  • Experience with SDN (Software Defined Networking) and the transition from hardware-centric to API-driven networking architectures.
  • Exceptional ability to drive consensus among engineering teams with competing priorities.
  • Ability to translate deep technical infrastructure changes into clear, value-based communications for non-technical customer stakeholders.
