About the role

  • Develop and maintain vendor management governance, policy, tools and standards
  • Aggregate office spend across functions to drive economies of scale
  • Standardize scope and service provision to level up service delivery and customer experience
  • Liaise with the Equinix CRE Business contract manager, Equinix Legal and the vendor to negotiate and agree all terms and condition amendments
  • Ensure vendor performance is consistent with agreed contract parameters
  • Create high quality and compelling presentations to communicate Vendor Management priorities and processes

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant subject (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Procurement)
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficient in English Language (written and spoken)
  • Experience in either an outsourced or inhouse Facilities Management department
  • Proficiency in procurement methodologies and practices
  • Data analytics – able to conduct statistical analysis
  • Global experience
  • Ability to independently develop and manage resources and programs
  • Communication skills - timely delivery of professional communications to customers and team members
